THURSDAY 20 JULY
What a way to start the tournament! Appearances by Tazuni the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 Mascot, opening ceremony festivities, the official Iwi opening of FIFA Fan Festival, live music and cultural performances, with our own AACACIA leading into the main event New Zealand v Norway kicking off at 7pm.
SATURDAY 22 JULY
Come on down for a game of Zorb Football or the award winning Hungerball. A day full of cultural performances and workshops. Warm up with USA v Vietnam on the big screen and then become part of the atmosphere as we prepare for Waikato Stadium's first match - Zambia v Japan. Don't worry we'll get you to the stadium with free shuttle buses.
SUNDAY 23 JULY
Another great day of action ahead. Get your groove on in the silent disco, play football themed games or get some snaps in the the 360 photobooth, all before settling in for an epic afternoon of live music with SCOTTY STONE, SOPH & DAN and LOU’ANA. Food trucks provide the kai as well as refreshments from the Garden Bar as we settle in for back to back games from Sweden v South Africa and Netherlands v Portugal on the big screen.
