Hamilton Airport BLACKCAPS Competition
Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is H3 Group.

2. Competition period: The competition runs from 27 November to 11:59 PM NZT on 12 December 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. 

3. Eligibility:
   a. Entry is open to all individuals residing or visiting New Zealand. 
   b. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, as well as any associated agencies, are not eligible to enter. 

4. How to enter:
   a. Visit the activation area at Hamilton Airport. 
   b. Take a photo of yourself at the activation.
   c. Upload the photo to social media (Facebook or Instagram) using the hashtag #hamiltonhostcity.
   d. Ensure your post is public to allow for entry validation. 

5. Prize details: 
   a. One winner will receive: 
      i. Five (5) tickets to any one day of the Blackcaps v England Test Series in Hamilton.
      ii. One (1) signed Blackcaps shirt. 
   b. The signed shirt will be delivered to the winner after the conclusion of the Test series. 

6. Winner selection: 

1. The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries and contacted via their social media account by 13 December 2024.
   a. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   7. Prize redemption: 
   a. Tickets are valid for the Hamilton Test series only and must be used on the selected day(s). 
   b. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
   8. Content use: 
   a. By entering, participants agree to their photo being used by the promoter for marketing and promotional purposes related to this competition.
   9. Liability:
   a. The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
   b. The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the winner or any third party arising from the prize. 
   10. Privacy:
   a. Personal information collected during this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. 
   10. General: 
   a. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. b. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
